Tropical Punch Zoey is one of 3 skins you get after purchasing the Summer Legends Pack. This pack was released in Chapter 2 Season 3 and includes a back bling for each character as well. The reason why Tropical Punch Zoey is the best skin out of the 3 is because she is a remixed version of the Season 4 Battle Pass skin called Zoey, so if you missed out on her back then and would like to have her in your locker, Tropical Punch is a great alternative.

Fun fact: Tropical Punch Zoey does not have the same character model as Season 4’s Zoey.

14. Deimos – “Travelers beware on the road to the next world.”

Deimos was released during Chapter 2 Season 6 as part of the Neo Underworld Set. He is a supernatural character, who looks similar to a demon. He has three edit styles – Default, Green, Glow. Smoke seems to come out of his skull in the Glow and Default edit styles, which have a nice animation.

Fun fact: Deimos is the god of fear in Greek mythology.

How to get Deimos: You were able to get him from the May 2021 Fortnite Crew pack, which costs $11.99 monthly. We don’t know if Fortnite Crew skins will ever be re-released but keep an eye out.

13. Chief Hopper – “Hawkins PD's finest.”

Chief Hopper first appeared during the Fortnite x Stranger Things crossover in Season 9. He is one of the main characters of the hit Netflix TV show Stranger Things, so if you are a fan of the show, you don’t want to miss out on him.

Fun fact: He has one edit style, but the only change is that he puts on a hat.

12. Summer Drift – “Drifting through the sunshine.”

This skin is an even better offer since, besides the outfit, Summer Drift looks the same as his Season 5 version.

Dreamflower is from the Flower Power Set which was released during Season 5. Even though this skin might not be everyone’s type, we can’t deny that there is no other skin quite like her. Her outfit is based on the hippy style that was common in the 1960s, and it has some beautifully drawn designs on it. Her accessories also fit into her look very nicely.

Fun fact: The set includes the Drumbeat harvesting tool, which is one of the best in the game – and it’s uncommon! It makes a cool sound and spawns flowers when you hit a weak spot.

I am not even sure how to describe this skin. It is quite interesting, to be honest. Teef was released during Chapter 2 Season 1 in the fall, which is not surprising since the character fits into the Halloween theme perfectly. If I had to guess who Teef is, I would say he is a prisoner who escaped and got some kind of candy stuck on his head But if you read my fun fact below, there is reason to believe he might be an actor.

Fun fact: Teef is on the poster of the Final Reckoning at Gotham City’s Movie Theatre.

9. Rosa – “Celebrate the unknown.”

Rosa is a skin from the Fortnitemares 2018 event from Season 6. Rosa (and also her male counterpart, Dante) is another great skin that represents different cultures and customs. She wears the kind of clothes that Mexican people wear during their national holiday, Day of the Dead. Her outfit also glows in the dark, which might not be great for competitive gameplay, but it looks awesome aesthetically.

Fun fact: Rosa is based on the character Imelda from the Disney Pixar movie Coco.

8. Big Mouth – “Seeking victory, breath mints, and souls.”

Big Mouth is another skin that is completely inhumane, which is quite rare in Fortnite. His whole head is, well, his mouth, which is a transformation of another character, Castor’s hood. Big Mouth is the creation of another different wizard character called Delirium.

6. Candyman – “Here comes truffle.”

Candyman is from the Wild Hearts Set released during Chapter 2 Season 1. He is another skin that is hard to describe. There is nothing else quite like it. His body is made out of heart-shaped wooden pieces, even his head. It’s a perfect skin for messing around during Valentine’s Day.

Fun fact: Whenever you eliminate another player, the skin’s head changes from a face into a “Kiss me” label.

5. Mincemeat – “Made with love. And meat.”

I know we have included other Halloween skins in this list already, but as you can see, there is a reason why Fortnitemares is the biggest celebration in Fortnite. Mincemeat is a part of the Baker’s Nightmare Set, which was released in Chapter 2 Season 4. Mincemeat has the skin of a meat pie with a creepy head, so if you like scary Halloween skins, he is perfect for you.

Fun fact: Even though they say he is a meat pie, to me he looks like he has some sort of jam or chocolate filling instead.

How to get Mincemeat: You can get him from the Harvest’s Bounty Bundle for 2,000 Vbucks or you can get him separately for 1,500 Vbucks.

4. Party MVP – “There can only be one.”

Party MVP is from the Party Style Set, which was released during Chapter 2 Season 3. What makes her stand out is her outfit, since it is fully animated. It moves and glows on its own, along with her hair. If that is not enough to convince you, she has an edit style that glows in different colors and also changes her hair color. While her eyes don’t glow like in the picture above, her outfit still looks magnificent during gameplay.

Fun fact: When she is near music, her outfit and hair glow even brighter.

3. Nitebeam – “Beaming with luminous energy.”

Nitebeam is a Season 9 skin, part of the Stormlight Set. Another glowy skin. Yay! This time it’s a little toned down, so you can use Nitebeam for competitive gameplay, too. Only her hair, eyes, and body tattoos glow. Keep in mind that these are not animated like Party MVP’s, however. But that’s not all. You can completely disable her glow thanks to her No Glow edit style.

Fun fact: She has a male counterpart called Flare whose glow is green.

How to get Nitebeam: You can get her from the Stormlight Bundle for 2,800 Vbucks (with Flare, 2 back blings, 2 pickaxes, and a glider) or separately for 1,500 Vbucks.

2. Grimey – ’’Respect the drip... or else.”

Grimey first appeared in Chapter 2 Season 6 as part of the Marked Man Set. Grimey is a ghost-like figure who has a body that seems to be made out of black paint. He wears a black outfit with a hoodie. This skin is eye-catching, so it’s a great choice for standing out of the crowd.

Fun fact: Grimey is reactive. Every elimination adds a smiley sticker to his outfit (although the game description says they are souls, which is creepy).

1. Skull Trooper – ’’Victory runs bone-deep.”

How could we not talk about the OG, the classic, the one-and-only Skull Trooper? He was released during Fortnite’s very first season during the first Fortnitemares event back in 2017, and he was one of the very first skins in the Item Shop. He wasn’t released again for a whole year after that, so people went crazy when he entered the Item Shop again in 2018’s Fortnitemares event.

Fun fact: To avoid issues with the original buyers of the skin, Epic released a purple edit style that was given to the original buyers only.

Interestingly, this skin has recently been released, even though summer is right around the corner. Nevertheless, the skin still looks pretty awesome. If you want a newer skin, she is a great choice.

Fun fact: This character was renamed – twice. First, her name was changed from BackScatter to Trinity. And finally, Trinity was changed into Trinity Trooper.

15. Master Chief – ’’Master Chief Petty Officer John-117”

Master Chief arrived in Fortnite during Chapter 2 Season 4. He was the 3rd Gaming Legends Series outfit in the game. He is a very popular character from the Xbox Game Studios video game ’Halo’, in which he plays the role of a war supersoldier.

Earlier on the list, we talked about an Xbox Game Studios character Master Chief, now it is time to talk about a PlayStation Studios character: Kratos. Kratos is a legendary video game character from the video game series God of War, and he arrived in Fortnite during Chapter 2 Season 5. He is a great choice for fans of the series, especially fans of the 2018 entry released on PlayStation 4. Many key elements of the game are included in this bundle, such as the Leviathan Axe with beautiful ice animations.

Fun fact: The gold armored style, which you can see in the picture above, can be earned if you play a Fortnite match with this skin equipped on the recently released PlayStation 5 console.

Fun fact: Fortnite created a panther statue in-game to pay their respects to Chadwick Boseman after his unfortunate passing.

How to get Black Panther: As of right now, Black Panther cannot be purchased, but if Fortnite decides to re-release the Marvel: Royalty & Warriors Pack, you can get him for $24.99, which also includes Captain Marvel and Taskmaster.

1. Midas – ’’All that glitters is yours.”

Midas was the tier 100 skin during Chapter 2 Season 2. He is one of the most beloved tier 100 characters in Fortnite history, and there are lots of fan stories and fan theories about him. His style is not as extravagant as other skins’ styles on this list, yet it is still slick and good-looking. Of course, we know from old legends about how Midas’ touch turns everything to gold. While he does not quite do that in Fortnite, he has an outfit style where his whole body turns to gold.

I might be biased, but I love any character that has magical powers, and Etheria is no exception to that. Her character model is incredibly detailed, and I love the shifts of black and white throughout her outfit. Also, she is rumored to be Ember’s long-lost sister, so if you like story gameplay, she could be a good choice for you.

13. Lara Croft - ‘’The extraordinary is in what we do, not who we are.’’

The next season is supposed to be space- and alien-themed, and she fits into that theme perfectly.

10. Britestorm Bomber - “Breezy as a summer's day.”

Epic has already released 9 Bomber Skins, 7 of which were all Ramirez character models - talk about variety, huh? However, what makes Britestorm Bomber special is her smooth and clean style (which is becoming prominent with newer skins in the game), and that she has an additional dark style. So, you can be Brite Bomber and Dark Bomber with one purchase.

Fun fact: Based on her looks and name, she may be a reference to the character Maze from the hit Netflix show Lucifer. Also, Haze is my favorite skin in the game.

But there is something special about Starfish that makes her stand out. Her outfit has the perfect balance of half-human and half-fish. If you want a skin that is still (kind of) human but different than the rest of them, she is a great option.

Her look reminds me of the character, Emma Frost from the X-Men franchise. Emma can turn into a diamond form on will, and Iso’s shape and form are similar to a diamond’s too.

You can hide so easily with those colors under shadows and bushes that people will not see you standing right next to them.

3. Fate – “Prepare to meet your fate.”

She has a full grey and black outfit, which is already dark enough to make you invisible, but she also has a black hoodie that hides her head as well. She is also a great choice for players who like older skins since she first appeared back in 2018.

Additionally, you can use her White edit style during the winter season so you can hide on the snowy parts of the map.

Fun fact: She is based on a character called Countess from Epic Games’ MOBA Paragon game which was canceled.

A horrifying yet quaint skin hailing from the ‘Fright or Flight’ collection, is The Last Laugh cosmetic. This is the type of scary silhouette that you realize is really just the pile of clothes on your chair at 3 am-- after waking up from a noxious nightmare.

What makes skin so awesome:

It is the most disturbing skin out of Apex Legends entire collection.
First off, this makes “IT” look like childsplay.
Your opponents would probably rather die to the circle than fight you in this.

When you see an Octane with this skin jolting straight at you through the air, your chances of survival drop by about 50%.
The color scheme displays a ‘blood-lusting’ aesthetic in a fashionable way.
This skin is extremely popular among the Apex community and garners an self-explanatory “need for speed” playstyle to the player wearing it.

Looks like Wraith portaled her way right into Halo and came back with some style from Master Cheif, along with state of the art gear. The marred black scarf just below her velvet tinted, semi-reflective helmet balances out nicely with the white skin tight body-suit.

What makes skin awesome:

It is the only Wraith skin where she is sporting a helmet.
This skin (compared to her others) looks the most defensively equipped for any type of action packed adventure.
The white and purple meshes ridiculously well with her void animations and heirloom set.

Meet the gargantuan transforming juggernaut bound to knock the heads off of one third of the server. This mechanized Gibby-Transformer hybrid is one of a kind giving the aesthetics of an impossible to penetrate character. With his head and hands being the only resemblance of a human, you can’t help but to feel overpowered while wearing such a skin.

What's that, the occultic deity Baphomet is playable in Apex Legends!? No wait...that’s just Revenant. This mystic and demonically charged skin is the right fit for a character going around using teammates as “meat shields”. The gold and blue color palette gives the cosmetic a trope of royalty yet bluntly says “death is coming your way”.

What makes False Idol awesome:

The gold mane and blue horns give it a feeling of superiority.
He’s freakin’ wearing a ram’s skull for crying out loud, doesn’t get any cooler.
The claws on his feet and hands add to animalistic appearance and lore.

This skin has an interesting assortment of colors which makes Pathfinder look like a mechanical watermelon when grappling through the air. It gives him a bulkier feel, deviating from his lankier traditional look. All and all it’s another ‘outside the box’ design which compliments his personality nicely.

What makes Green Machine awesome:

Pathfinder sports the pink tool belt better than anyone I know in real life.
This and only two other skins contain what appears to be a speaker on Pathfinders waste.
His physical design is deliberately non-symmetrical from top to bottom adding a nice twist to the cosmetic.

8. Outland Warrior

This air marshal is wrapped in gold and ready to go savage mode on anyone who gets in her way. She wears a shining chest plate and an elaborate necklace glittered with prowler teeth. It looks like Bangalore made herself right at home when getting stuck in the Outlands.

What makes Outland Warrior awesome:

For starters she’s rockin’ a whole family of Outland’s creatures, from the skulls on her knees to the teeth on her neck-- nothing in the Outlands is safe from her.
Her braided hairstyle which extends into a slightly shorter than usual but blonde-dyed mohawk.
She’s got glorious warrior face paint.
This skin gives her a much more sleek and slim appearance as well.

7. Purple Reign

"I'm always dressed to kill."

The embodiment of “if looks could kill” would probably be this skin. The purple power of this Loba cosmetics is enough to steal your loot and your heart. The game designers clearly had a little too much fun conjuring this masterpiece-- from the electrifying high-heel boots to fluorescent eye shade, and for that we thank you.

What makes Purple Reign awesome:

Her pinkish highlighted eyes are enough to stop a whole squad dead in their tracks.
The silicon chip body patterns running across her body complement the cosmetic also giving her a futuristic cyborg look.

Who said your guardian angel couldn’t be a badass mofo with a gun shield? This Gibraltar skin simulates the ideology of what if the devs took Gibraltor, Kratos, and mashed them with a viking. Ironically, a good sum of us would give a leg just to obtain Call to Arms (get it? Eh, too much?).

What makes Call to Arms awesome:

This is one of if not the only skin to sport full-fledge of feathered wings on the back of a legend.
Blue and gold armor emulates tech inspired gladiator-styled elements that add flavor to the qualities of Gabraltors overly defensive gameplay.
His tattoo arm sleeve runs up to his chest covering his skin almost entirely and meshes well with the white face paint.
He is also given a stylish mohawk which converts into a decent sized man-bun in the back.
It is a rarity to witness Gibraltor with facial hair adding to the obscurity of the cosmetic.

5. The Intimidator

The Intimidator is bound to do just that-- make your opponents ‘shooketh’. The most detailed of the BloodHound skins, it deviates from the original kasa-styled head piece and Master Shredder like face covering theme. It carries a more dark demonic attraction, overly doused in crimson red.

What makes The Intimidator awesome:

The bright red may make you stand out but it is a great contrast to the original Apex map color palettes.
The details such as the iron-red anubis-like knee pads is an artistic flex compared to all of the other Bloodhound skins (having standard knee pads).
The head piece is abnormally diabolic giving off an angered expression followed by horns extending from the eyebrows.
Contains extended armored plating covering the torso area which seems to look like “Lord of The Rings” mithril armor dangling underneath.

4. Folk Hero

"The ring isn't really complex but it can be a little complicated. Wait, what'd I just say?"

Indeed, you Marvel fanatics this is essentially Iron-Man reincarnated into Apex Legends. Easily the most iconic Mirage skin to date, the devs did not hold back on this cosmetic production. Best way to sport this skin is to run to an absurd amount of jump towers just watch in 3rd person as Mirage soars through the air--as if role playing the Iron-Man for but a brief moment.

Why Folk Hero is awesome:

Has an intricately placed set of calf boosters, 2 on each leg-- in addition, each booster is styled with gold exhaust pipes.
Golden torso overlaps well with red chest plates and has an all around satiating color balance.
Using your ultimate makes it appear as if there are a bunch of holographic Iron-Men finessing around.
Perfect blend of residual black on Mirages backside and underarms.

3. Judge Jury Executioner

"We've got a job to do, so shift your carcass."

This skin makes you contemplate if Lifeline is here to save lives or simply shatter every single soul she comes in contact with. It makes Revenant “skin-bag” rhetoric seem like innocent banter and Caustic look like a wouldbe villain. Best hope this judge is on your side when the court is in session.

What makes Judge Jury Executioner awesome:

Only skin in which she is provided a mask (ski mask at that) and gives her locks in her hair.
Enormous and flashy hoop earrings.
Additional gold accessories such as necklace, waste belt, bracelets, hair rings and a sturdy shoulder guard.
Given a contrasting gold and black scheme as opposed to her more vivid and light colors.

2. Bionic Wonder

"I'm ec-static to fight!"

This cosmetic by far puts the watt- in Wattson. Oddly looking like a blue and yellow Sour Punch straw pack, with the face of a bot in iRobot. Nothing says electrifying more than this bright stream of sky blue graced by a coating of Pikachu yellow-diamond shaped jacket.

What makes Bionic Wonder awsome:

She looks like an advanced A.I unit was fused with a mime and given control over electricity.
The yellow jacket, as opposed to black in Strange Attractor, makes the diamonds protrude much more.
These colors aren't just loud, they're booming full-throttle for all the attention.
The face make up and lip marking has a similar resemblance to Princess Amidala when she was powdered in make-up.

1. Marble Goddess

"You made the right choice this time."

Naruto running straight off of Mount Olympus comes one of the most mesmerizing cosmetics to ever hit Apex Legends since it’s release. The portaling princess has an Athena-like aesthetics and appears as if she’d break any legends hand with her face on immediate contact. Wraith loses all humanoid traits and seems to be carved by the Greek God Hephaestus himself.

What makes Marble Goddess awesome:

This cosmetic is the epitome of playing as a Pavonazzetto marble piece decorated in gold.
It is an un-trite and spectacular artistic design among all the Apex Legends skins.
The quality is well done and her whole body appears exquisitely polished from head to toe.
Gold, beige and a slight green palette is a visually refreshing and an energizing spectacle.
The illuminating orange eyes are a perfect fit to Wraiths demeanor and cosmetic as a whole.
