From folklore, to films, to comics vampires have had a long history in the spotlight, how they haven’t burned alive is unknown but what is known is their staying power. Sometimes it’s not just about damage! While all Silkroad players like to deal damage but they are surely prone to getting killed! With Blade builds this is not an issue! As a Blader, you will always be tanky and probably unkillable as you can tank damage from monsters and enemies in order to protect others or even fight a group by yourself confidently!
In this article you will find the best Blade combinations, they might not vary much but every detail matters! All combinations are taken by the example of having a 300 level cap.

Here are the top five Blader Builds in SilkRoad:

5. 80 Bicheon/80 Fire/80 Force/60 Ice:

Look tough using a cool Blade!

Blader is meant to be majestically tanky! You can’t kill him easily especially in a 1 vs 1 situation if he is built right! That’s why some may consider him a supportive build for others so he can tank hits and be a front line!
This build was also meant to be a healer so you can truly support others and save them!

What this build excels in:

Being surely tanky as a normal Blader!
Being needed as you can act as a perfect healer/medic for your party!

Build full details:

Full STR just as a regular Blader so you can be a moving tank!
Surely go 80 Bicheon first, then go for 80 Fire, 80 Force, and 60 Ice for better defenses.
Go for Protector as it offers the most balanced option so you can get a good balance of physical and magical defense.

4. 80 Bicheon/80 Fire/80 Force/60 Lightning:

A Blader can lead wolves!

This is a close build from the past one! Here you get to be the healer/medic you want to be but with some added speed! As you can rush in faster than the enemy and help your mates in critical times like the FTW.
Of course, you are still tanky as much as any Blader but you get to be a tank that moves fast!

What this build excels in:

Better PvP experience as this is more damage-oriented.
Always needed in all parties so you can heal and res other players.
Great for farming parties as you can lure monsters quickly while still not dying no matter how many monsters you’re up against!

Build full details:

Full STR is the way to go surely! You need to be as tanky as possible.
80 Bicheon as usual, then 80 Fire, 80 Force for the healing power, and 60 Lightning.
Protector is the better choice due to its balance between magical and physical defenses but you can go for Garment if you plan on playing PvP against nukers.

3. 80 Bicheon/80 Fire/80 Lightning/60 Ice:

A Blade and Shield always look strong and cool!

As a Blader, you need to be tanky! But who said you had to be slower than others?
This build gives you a well-balanced combination of masteries and most players would prefer this as you aren’t missing out on much since ice at level 60 physical defense through passive and the buff as well as you will have the highest amount of movement capability possible

What this build excels in:

Being fast while still being tanky and unkillable.
Party essential! You will be needed to tank monsters for the party as you can use how tanky you are to lure monsters in order to protect attackers.
Most well-balanced if you want a taste of tankiness and movement speed.

Build full details:

Full STR is not even discussable.
Skill rank should go 80 Bicheon, 80 Fire, 80 Lightning, and 60 Ice.
You should probably go for Protector overall if you don’t have a unique goal ahead you’re playing for.

2. 80 Bicheon/80 Fire/80 Ice/60 Lightning:

If a GM carrying a Blade doesn't look majestic, then what does?

This choice might sound a little close to the past one but the key difference here is having more points in Ice which should grant you more physical defense while you’re not even missing out on movement speed as you still get some decent movement speed with 60 points in Lightning!

What this build excels in:

Being tankier than other builds as you have more points in Ice.
Having a spot in almost all parties especially in farming and leveling up as you can lure monsters easily!
Having decent movement speed as 60 points in Lightning grants you a 59% increase in your movement speed.

Build full details:

Full STR as you will be needing all the HP you can get to be tankier.
80 Bicheon and 80 Fire as usual then 80 Ice and 60 Lightning
Garment might be a feasible option here as it can help you with the MP consumption and grant you an extra 20% movement speed.

1. 80 Bicheon/80 Fire/70 Light/70 Ice:

A Christmas Blade!

I personally believe this might be the best Blader build as you are balancing Ice and Lightning. That way you won’t feel that you’re missing out on anything! If getting both physical defense and movement speed is your goal then you should go for this build!

What this build excels in:

Being tanky as a typical Blader should be.
Participation in almost all events can be easier as you are always guaranteeing a place in most parties if they need someone who’s unkillable.
Balanced between being tanky and fast!

Build full details:

Full STR for the HP power and you are built to be a tank!
It’s all about balance so after getting 80 in Bicheon and Fire you should go for 70 in Lightning and Ice.
Protector should be the better option if you want balanced defenses.
