Since its release, Call of Duty: Cold War has seen some of the most engaging, thrilling, and drama-filled tournaments. With all of the action came some well-crafted weapon classes that are ideal for League Play players. Regardless of the increased limitations of competitive weapon classes, this list compiles some of the best loadouts seen during tournaments that have proven to rack up kills in even the tensest situations.

10. Louqa’s Krig 6 Loadout

Previously a player for Renegades, Louqa has been named Call of Duty Challengers 2021 Asia Pacific - Open #1 MVP.

This loadout opts for higher bullet velocity as it depends on the already low recoil of the base Krig 6.

Shotzzy’s AK47 Loadout is special because it comes from a player that mainly uses the SMG. As a result, the class emphasises speed, allowing the player to run around obliterating opponents left, right, and centre like an SMG but with the firepower of an AR.

Knowing what gun suits your style best is essential for having a good time if you can't help but get competitive while mowing people down in multiplayer lobbies. To help you decide on which gun is best for you, I've compiled a list of the most powerful guns in the game, along with some tips to help you decide whether it's the best gun for you.

10. MG 82

No need to move around when shooting with this big boy

Some of us prefer to be tactical with SMGs and assault rifles, while others salivate at the thought of LMGs mowing down multiple enemies at once. The MG 82 is guaranteed to make everyone on the opposing team scream in rage at their TV screens, with an uncanny rate of fire, a base 90-round mag, and damage that can finish an opponent before they even notice your presence.

The Swiss K31 is a satisfying gun to play with for those of us who enjoy seeing enemies fall with a single well-placed shot. To be honest, I may have a personal bias against this gun because it has been my favorite since its release in Season 5, and it has always been by my side no matter what. The handling is superb, the ADS speed is astounding, and the overpowered damage means that my opponents perish faster than you can say "Look behind you!". This gun is excellent for all game modes and ranks first on this list, thanks to the way it handles gunfights at most ranges without sacrificing mobility in the least.

What the TEC-9 excels at:

Maneuverability is never sacrificed with the TEC-9.
High damage output means quick and easy kills.
With the fast mag, reload times are at a minimum and make you speedier.

When I use dual-wielding guns, I feel like an action hero, and they are the most effective solution to all short-range combat. For all of you that want to feel like an absolute boss when wrecking all enemies, I’ve compiled a ranking of the best pistols to use as Dual Wields with guides on how to unlock them.

5. Magnum

All we need now is a cowboy operator skin to complete the look

A classic revolver with the stopping power of a truck, the Magnum is an excellent choice for those who want to kill their opponents with the fewest rounds possible while also feeling like a cowboy in the Wild West. The Magnum's strength lies in its high damage and penetration, but the high recoil and low muzzle velocity make the double-action revolver weak overall. This weapon is unlocked at rank 31, and the Dual Wield option is available once the weapon reaches level 35.

What the Magnum excels at:

Higher damage means fewer bullets necessary to kill opponents.
Highest range of all pistols due to its high bullet velocity.
Using Dual-Wield can make the gun capable of insta-killing enemies.

Whenever I try to break my previous kill streak record, I've noticed that ADS can often slow me down and make it more difficult to cover all of my sides effectively. In such situations, hipfire builds have become my best friend because they allow me to save precious seconds I would have spent focusing on ADS and instead go straight to shooting.

For those of you who know what I'm talking about, I've compiled a list of the best hipfire guns to use in Cold War for when you just can't be bothered to stand idly and aim at opponents who can't seem to stay in one place long enough.

10. MAC-10

The MAC-10 makes up for its lackluster handling with its rate of fire

Though the MAC-10's recoil and overall damage aren't the best, the insane fire rate compensates for any shortcomings. With the fastest fire rate of any SMG, the MAC-10 is ideal for anyone who enjoys emptying an entire magazine into an opponent. With the right attachments and the added benefit of insane movement speed, the MAC-10 could be the ideal weapon for a hip-fire build.

The best thing about this gun is that it is perfectly designed for hip firing, and using ADS with it would slow you down.

What is a loadout and why does equipment matter in Hunt:Showdown?

Hunt: Showdown is a bounty extraction shooter, where you have to fight off dangerous boss monsters, along with equally dangerous player hunters who all want what's yours, the bounty. Equipment is everything in Hunt:Showdown. From your guns, to traps, and drug syringes, bringing the right tools for the mission is a matter of life and death.

Everything in Hunt:Showdown wants to kill you (possibly even your teammates if they are rowdy) so being prepared for everything is half the battle. The other half is making sure not to spend all your hard earned Hunt Dollars. Everything is dangerous but every piece of kit allows players to become just as, if not more dangerous, than even the scariest bosses the game has to offer. One disclaimer: There is no equipment that will help you with your fear of The Spider boss, a nightmare monstrosity that will haunt you forever once you see the little face in its mouth. My therapist says it is not real and can't hurt you, if that helps.
